Print out the form and fill it out in full.
Sign the credit form, applications will not be accepted without an authorizing signature.
Fax the signed credit form and a cover page to Dirt Cheap Wreckers at (636) 896-8001.

Before you think about applying for equipment financing it would be good to know just what's in your credit report.

It can often hurt your overall credit score to have your credit report pulled too often.

However, there is a website that allows you to get and print a FREE copy of your credit report from each of the three major reporting bureaus; once per year from each bureau individually.

Also, when you get your credit report through the site it does not count as an inquiry against your report.

This is a great service sponsored by the major reporting bureaus themselves.
